Kindly make sure that we have a very strict quality control process. Due to the delicate nature of our human hair products and to ensure that all of our clients receive nothing but the best products available in the market, we do not accept any returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

All our products, including wigs , hair Toppers and extensions, are custom-made to your preference and handled with extreme care. Once a product has been purchased, it cannot be resold to another customer, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
